Xinyao’s Homepage

I am a third-year Ph.D. student in Biomedical Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Vice-Chancellor’s PhD Scholarship), supervised by Prof. Raymond Kai-yu Tong (AIMBE Fellow). I received the B.S. and M.E. degrees from Imperial College London in 2023. I am currently a visiting student at Imperial College London (Overseas Research Attachment Programme), supervised by Prof. Guang Yang (IEEE Senior Member). I have published my research in top venues, such as Medical Image Analysis (MedIA’25), ICLR’26, and MICCAI’24-25, where I was recognized as a finalist for the MICCAI Young Scientist Award in 2024. My research interests include continual learning, medical image analysis, foundation models, and multimodal learning.
